MIA for nearly a month

Assalamualaikum Waramatulahi Wabarakatuh.. It been quite some time that I didnt update my blog due to various reason. I always do envy Brother Ikhwan Ng for his perseverance in writing and May Allah bless all his effort by dawah through writing.

Some might ask what I been busy off lately? Well as some might know that I attending 4 night class on weekday and Saturday will be my Islamic Fundamental Course in UIA but I do have to skip the class sometime due to some weekend courses and program happening on the weekend as well. While on Sunday is business as usual by attending morning classes in Al-Khaadem but I also have miss the class in Al-Khaadem for quite some time as well plus my football game on the weekend as well. Fuhh.....

So that is how my schedule look like but of course in between I do attend some very interesting and beneficial course and training as well. On 18th June participated in Da'wah activities in Taman Metropolitan in Kepong with MACMA and I am join by Sis Nurlaily, Bro Shafiq, Sis Gina, Nurul Izzah, Sis Faridah Siau, Sis Sabrina and others as well. Is a good experience for everyone of us.



On 1st - 3rd July I attended Da'wah Training Program in Home of Hope organized by Al-Khaadem. This is the 1st time ever I attended formal Da'wah Training and is was great experience as all the brother & sister learn a lot from Sheikh Shariff, Sheikh Hussain Yee & Brother Ahmad (Public Speaking). InsyaAllah they plan to organized Da'wah Training Program 2nd level after Syawal and I couldnt wait for it.

Then on 9nd & 10th July I attended The Epic Journey - Tafseer Surah Yusuf by Sheikh Sajid Umar organized by Al-Kauthar Institute. It was a fantastic course and do you know that there is more than 1,000 lesson we can learn from Surah Yusuf alone? MashaAllah...

On 16th July, MRM organized Revert Gathering in Al-Khaadem which is attended by nearly 100 brother & sister including few Not Yet Muslim too. Is was such a touching moment when after the gathering lot of the participants share in their FB that they are glad to attend the gathering and they get to know lot of their FB friends closely from there. Alhamdulilah... Here are some photos;






Is football game on Sunday night when my team play in Banting Cup final where we lost on penalty 5-4 to Expert Klang in Stadium Jugra. Here are some actions;


On Wednesday 20th July I witness a shahadah by our brother and we will like to welcome him back to Islam.

What next??? Coming next Saturday 30th July we will be in Ipoh to meet our brother & sister and to official launch MRM Ipoh and if you from Northern state we hope to see you on that day. Although is such a pack July for most of my team member in MRM but everyone is so motivated and looking forward to next activities. InshaAllah we will have our Da'wah Program on the 1st week of Ramadhan itself and if you want to be part of it do drop us a line at malaysia.reverted.muslim [at] gmail.com.

Anyway, if I didnt update my blog again until Ramadhan I would like to wish everyone to welcome Ramadhan al-Mubarak and istiqamah in our worship and do more charity in the Holy Month. Until we meet again, Assalamualaikum Waramatulahi Wabarakatuh....

Aku bahagia terasing

"Islam bermula sebagai (sesuatu yang) asing dan akan kembali menjadi (sesuatu yang) asing seperti awalnya. Maka berbahagialah orang-orang yang asing itu"1

Rasulullah SAW pernah bersabda;
"bahawa setelah kewafatannya, umatnya akan berpecah kepada 73 golongan dan semuanya akan masuk ke neraka kecuali satu golongan sahaja"

Lalu sahabat pun bertanya;
"siapakah golongan yg beruntung itu ya Rasulullah'

Rasululllah SAW lalu menjawab;
'Mereka yg mengikuti aku dan sahabat aku"

Allah juga telah mengingatkan kita;
"Dan orang-orang yang terdahulu - yang mula-mula (berhijrah dan memberi bantuan) dari orang-orang "Muhajirin" dan "Ansar", dan orang-orang yang menurut (jejak langkah) mereka dengan kebaikan (iman dan taat), Allah reda akan mereka dan mereka pula reda akan Dia, serta Ia menyediakan untuk mereka Syurga-syurga yang mengalir di bawahnya beberapa sungai, mereka kekal di dalamnya selama-lamanya; itulah kemenangan yang besar"
(At-Taubah 9:100)

"Dan jika engkau menurut kebanyakan orang yang ada di muka bumi, nescaya mereka akan menyesatkanmu dari jalan Allah; tiadalah yang mereka turut melainkan sangkaan semata-mata, dan mereka tidak lain hanyalah berdusta"
(Al-An'aam 6:116)

Semoga kita akan terus istiqamah dan ingatlah, sesungguhnya merasa terasing kerana mengikuti Sunnah Rasulullah itu lebih bahagia. Kebahagiaan hakiki bukan di sini tetapi di JANNAH. Beramal & berjuanglah di jalan yang telah ditunjukkan oleh Allah melalui Rasulullah Salullahu Alaihi Wasalm & para sahabatnya nescaya kita akan merasa terasing di dunia tetapi bahagia di akhirat kelak, InsyaAllah.

Sciences & God or Signs of God?

An atheist professor of philosophy speaks to his class on the problem science has with GOD THE ALMIGHTY.

He asks one of his new Muslim students to stand and...

Professor : You are a Muslim, aren't you?...

Student : Yes, sir.

Professor : So you believe in GOD?

Student : Absolutely, sir

Professor : Is GOD good?

Student : Sure

Professor : Is GOD all-powerful?

Student : Yes

Professor : My brother died of cancer even though he prayed to GOD to heal him. Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But GOD didn't. How is this GOD good then? Hmm?

Student : (silent)

Professor : You can't answer, can you? Let's start again, young fellow. Is GOD good?

Student : Yes

Professor : Is Satan good?

Student : No, sir.

Professor : Where does Satan came from?

Student : From......GOD

Professor : Is Satan Good?

Student : No

Professor : That is right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world

Student : Yes, sir.

Professor : Evil is everywhere isn't it? And GOD did make everything. Correct?

Student : Yes

Professor : So who created evil?

Student : (does not answer)

Professor : Is there ugliness? Sickness? Immorality? Hatred? All these terrible things exist in the world, don't they?

Student : Yes, sir.

Professor : So who created them?

Student : (has no answer)

Professor : Science says you have 5 senses you use to identify and observe the world around you. Tell me, have you ever seen GOD?

Student : No, sir.

Professor : Have you ever heard your GOD, tasted your GOD, smelt your GOD? Have you ever had any sensory perception of GOD for that matter?

Student : I’m afraid I haven’t, sir
Professor : Yet, you still believe in Him?

Student : Yes

Professor : According to empirical, testable, demonstrable protocol, science says your GOD doesn’t exist. What do you say to that son?

Student : Nothing, I only have my faith.

Professor : Yes. Faith. And that is the problem science has.

Student : Professor, is there such a thing as heat?

Professor : Yes

Student : And is there such a thing as cold?

Professor : Yes

Student : No, sir. There isn’t.

Student : Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, super heat, mega heat, or no heat. But we don’t have anything called cold. We can hit 45 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can’t go any further than that. There is no such thing as cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absences of it.

Student : What about darkness, Professor? Is there such thing as darkness?

Professor : Yes. What is night if there isn’t darkness?

Student : You’re wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of light. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light…But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and it’s called darkness, isn’t it? If you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn’t you?
Professor : So what is your point young man?

Student : Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.

Professor : Flawed? Can you explain how?

Student : Sir, you are working on premise of duality. You argue there is life and there is death, a good GOD and a bad GOD. You are viewing the concept of GOD as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, science can’t even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one. To view death as the opposite to life is to be ignorant of the facts that death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is not the opposite of life, just the absence of it. Now tell me, Professor. Do you teach your students that they evolved from monkey?

Professor : If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.

Student : Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?

Professor : ( The Professor shakes his head)

Student : Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going Endeavour, are you not teaching your opinion? Are you not a scientist but a preacher?

(silence seized the atmosphere)

Student : Is there anyone here who has ever seen the Professor’s brain?

(The class break into laughter)

Student : Is there anyone here who has ever heard of the Professor’s brain, felt it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established rules of empirical, testable, demonstrable protocol, science says that you have no brain, sir. With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?

Professor : I guess you will have to take them on faith, son.

Student : That is it sir… The link between man and GOD is faith. That is all that keeps things moving and alive. You couldn't see it but HE is there. "Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him." (Surah Al-Ikhlas)

Hadis Hasan yang diriwayatkan oleh Ahmad Hanbal yang bermaksud begini:

Sabda Rasulullah SAW :
"Sesungguhnya apabila jenazah seseorang itu diletakkan di dalam kuburnya, sesungguhnya jenazah itu mendengar suara (terompah kasut) orang-orang yang menghantarnya ke kubur pada saat mereka meninggalkan tempat itu."

Jika mayat itu seorang muslim, maka solat yang dilakukannya ketika beliau masih hidup di dunia akan diletakkan di kepalanya, puasanya diletakkan disebelah kanannya, zakatnya diletakkan di sebelah kirinya dan amalan kebajikan daripada sedekah jariah, silaturrahim, perkara kebajikan dan ihsan diletakkan dihujung dua kakinya."

Ia akan didatangi malaikat dari aras kepala, maka solat itu berkata kepada malaikat : "dari arasku tidak ada jalan masuk"

Kemudian malaikat berpindah ke sebelah kanan, maka puasa berkata kepadanya : "dari arasku tidak ada jalan masuk"

Kemudian malaikat berpindah ke sebelah kiri, maka zakat berkata kepadanya : "dari arasku tidak ada jalan masuk"

Kemudian didatangi dari arah kedua hujung kakinya dan berkatalah amal-kebajikan : "di bahagianku tidak ada jalan masuk"

Maka malaikat berkata kepadanya : "Duduklah kamu"

Kepadanya (mayat) memperlihatkan matahari yang sudah mula terbenam, lalu malaikat bertanya kepada mayat itu : "Apakah pandangan kamu tentang seorang laki-laki (Muhammad) yang kamu dahulu sentiasa bercakap tentangnya; dan bagaimana penyaksian kamu kepadanya?"

Maka berkata mayat itu : "Tinggalkan aku sebentar, aku hendak sembahyang. Maka berkata malaikat : Sesungguhnya engkau akan mengerjakan solat (boleh saja solat) tetapi jawab dahulu apa yang kami tanya ini"

"Apakah pandangan kamu tentang seorang laki-laki (Muhammad) yang kamu dahulu sentiasa bercakap tentangnya; dan bagaimana penyaksian kamu kepada nya?"

Maka berkata mayat itu : "Laki-laki itu ialah Nabi Muhammad SAW dan aku naik saksi bahawa nabi Muhammad itu ialah pesuruh Allah yang membawa kebenaran daripada Allah SWT"

Maka malaikat berkata kepada mayat itu : "Demikianlah kamu dihidupkan dan begitu juga kamu dimatikan dan dengan demikian juga kamu dibangkitkan semula diakhirat insyaAllah"

Kemudian dibuka baginya satu pintu syurga, maka dikata padanya : "itulah tempat kamu dan itulah janji Allah bagi kamu dan kamu akan berada di dalamnya. Maka bertambahlah gembira mayat itu. Kemudian dilapangkan kuburnya seluas 70 hasta dan disinari cahaya baginya".

Sila war-warkan tawaran jawatan kosong ini kepada semua sahabat.

Wallahua'lam. Semoga berjaya dalam temuduga ini tetapi KITA YANG AKAN MENENTUKAN SAMAADA KITA BERJAYA ATAU TIDAK DENGAN PERSIAPAN KITA DI DUNIA.
